Foodie Monday: My baked beans recipe

Hi friends,

Today, I’m sharing my baked beans recipe which is my go-to summer & fall potluck dish as well as a family favourite.

Amy’s Baked Beans

-1 lb. ground beef

– 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

– 1 c. ketchup

– 2 tbsp. honey mustard

– 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

– 1 can Busch’s baked beans (I like the ones with bacon in them)

– 1 can beans and tomato sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Brown the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika in a frying pan.  Add in all remaining ingredients, stir well, turn into a large casserole dish.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Alternatively, you can also take this from the frying pan into the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.  When done, you can also immediately top with cheddar cheese if desired.
