Foodie Monday: Crockpot Maple Garlic Pork Roast

Hi friends,
I made one of our favourite fall meals this weekend and everyone loves it, so I thought I’d share.

Crockpot Maple Garlic Pork Roast

1 3 lb. boneless pork roast
1/2 c. Brown sugar
2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. Maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Combine all glaze ingredients and pour over pork roast in crockpot, cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
