Here’s an excellent recipe, courtesy of my sister Kate.
This is the best recipe ever!!
1 8oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 graham cracker piecrust
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, then slowly mix one egg at a time.
Pour half the mixture into a pre made graham cracker pie crust.
Add pumpkin and spices to remaining cream cheese mixture and mix. Pour on top of first mixture in the pie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool in fridge overnight.
Top with whip cream when ready to serve.
