Foodie Monday: Orange Aioli

Hi friends, This is an excellent, tested by my family, recipe for CB’s Orange Aioli, from CharBroil’s Grilling Chicken & Veggies book.  We love to serve it on chicken sandwiches of all kinds.

CB’s Orange Aioli

– 1 c. mayo

– 1/4 c. orange juice

– 1 tbsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)

– 1/2 tsp. white sugar

– 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

– 2 tbsp. chopped scallions

Stir all ingredients together & refrigerate until ready to use.  This only keeps for 2-3 days, so only make as much as you need. Enjoy! Amy
