It’s the time of year when kids crash and burn at school. They’re tired of assignments, tests and being indoors. While we, as parents, often think this is time to buckle down and grit teeth and ride out the last couple of months of school, often kids need a respite before they can do it.
Explain to the kids how many weeks are left of school, which field trips, assignments and exams are coming up, and answer all of their questions that are sure to come up.
Then, plan a family fun activity as a break to celebrate before the end of year push to the end, to avoid the end of school year crash.
