Here’s my favourite summer ribs recipe – Lucy, my crockpot takes care of it!
Crockpot Summer Ribs:
– 3-4 lbs. pork back ribs, cut into hand size sections
– 1 tsp. each salt, pepper, paprika, celery seed, and cumin
– 1 bottle of your favourite BBQ sauce
After cutting your ribs into sections, add all spices into a medium bowl, and rub down each rib with the spices. Arrange in the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce over top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Done and yum!
